[cayugabirds-l] Montezuma Sandhill cranes, cattle egrets. No snowy owl.

This afternoon before helping with the raptor survey I checked on the 2 Cattle Egrets which were still with the horses on E.Tyre Road. Sandhill Cranes totals were led by 78 at the nw corner of armitage and Olmsted roads. Another 4 were north of route 89 east of east road. Those 4 flew to Knox Ma

[cayugabirds-l] Seybolt Shrikes

Both Seybolt Rd Shrikes were active this AM 11:30-11:45. The Shrike South of Seybolt/Canoga Rds was perched on a wire and eventually flew to the scrubby thicket to the EastSouthEast. The Shrike at the Bait Ponds moved from perch to perch. https://www.flickr.com/photos/105424358@N06/31451164436/
