Cayuga County ------------ 11/16: A BLACK SCOTER was seen at Fair HavenState Park. Onondaga County ------------ 11/13: A COMMON REDPOLL was seen in Oakwood Cemetary in Syracuse 2 LAPLAND LONGSPURS were seen in a manure spread on Conners Road south of Baldwinsville. A late NASHVILLE WARBLER was seen in Van Buren Park south of Baldwinsville. 11/14: 2 late VESPER SPARROWS were seen on Hoag Road south of Baldwinsville. 2 KILLDEER were seen on the West Shore Trail of Onondaga Lake. A HERMIT THRUSH was seen on DeMong Drive in Syracuse. 11/17: A KILLDEER was seen on Conners Road south of Baldwinsville. Oswego County ------------ 11/12: A KING EIDER and an ICELAND GULL were spotted at Derby Hill. 11/14: A LAPLAND LONGSPUR was seen on Bishop Road north of Pulaski. 11/15: An EASTERN MEADOWLARK was seen on Bell Road in Pennelville. 11/17: 3 possibly more, HARLEQUIN DUCKS were seen from Fort Ontario Park on Lake Ontario. All three SCOTERS were seen also. 11/18: A male HARLEQUIN DUCK was relocated at Fort Ontario Park on the lake in Oswego. Also found were all three SCOTER species, RED-THROATED LOON, ICELAND GULL and RED-NECKED GREBE. Madison County ------------ 11/12: A RED-THROATED LOON was seen at Woodman Pond north of Hamilton. 11/17: A GOLDEN EAGLE was seen on North Peterboro Street in Canastota. A ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK was seen on Smith-Ridge Road north of Chittenango. A SURF SCOTER was seen on Bradley Brook Reservoir. A NORTHERN SHRIKE was seen on Eaton Brook Road in Erieville. Oneida County ------------ 11/12: A late PALM WARBLER was seen in Waterville. 11/13: 2 SURF SCOTERS were seen from Lakeshore Road at the north east end of Oneida Lake. Herkimer County ------------ 11/12: A NORTHERN SHRIKE was seen at the corner of Albany and Soncody Roads in West Winfield. 11/15: A late GRAY CATBIRD was seen in Little Falls. Extralimital ------------ 11/15: The first report of a SNOWY OWL was from the corner of Seybolt and Reese Roads south of Seneca Falls in Seneca County.
