Hi folks.
Just an FYI in case you've been looking for a Wilson's Snipe this season or
want to see more of them. Jackie Bakker picked out 10 of them in various
spots in Larue's Lagoon today on our survey. One grouping had 4 birds in
it. Another had at least 3.
Good luck. Visitor Center pool had lots of shorebirds early morning. Most
had vanished come noon time. The work of a peregrine?
Don't delay. These "wind birds" will soon leave us.
