Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge (MNWR) and Montezuma Wetlands Complex (MWC)

     1/14: A SHORT-EARED OWL was seen from VanDyne Spoor Road.

     1/16: A NORTHERN SHRIKE was seen from Carncross Road.







Oswego County

------------




     RUDDY DUCKS continue at Oswego Harbor, the Oswego River in Fulton and 
Oneida Lake in Brewerton.

     1/10: A PINE SISKIN was seen at a private residence in Minetto.

     1/14: A GLAUCOUS GULL was seef from Lock 6 on the Oswego River south of 
Oswego.

     1/15: EVENING GROSBEAKS continue at a feeder in Williamston. A NORTHERN 
SHRIKE was seen at Biddlecum Road north of Phoenix. A PEREGRINE FALCON was seen 
near Oswego Harbor. An ICELAND GULL was seen at Lock 6 south of Oswego.







Onondaga County

------------




     1/12: 5 BLACK VULTURES continue to roost near Hunt drive in Fayetteville.

     1/13: An ICELAND GULL was seen from the West shore Trail of Onondaga Lake.

     1/14: A LAPLAND LONGSPUR was seen at Venture Farms south of Rt. 80 east of 
Tully.

     1/15: 4 BLACK VULTURES were seen at the quarry near Clark Reservation in 
Jamesville. A NORTHERN SHRIKE continues near the duck blind at Three Rivers WMA 
north of Baldwinsville. A COMMON REDPOLL was seen on Ambergate Road in Syracuse.







Madison County

------------




     1/11: A SHORT-EARED OWL was seen from Peterboro Road south of Oneida.

     1/12: An ICELAND GULL was seen at Ditchbank Road north of Canastota.

     1/14: A LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL and a PEREGRINE were seen at Ditchbank 
Road.

     1/15: 70+ EVENING GROSBEAKS continue at feeders on Hawes Road feeders on 
Eaton Reservoir east of Erieville.







Oneida County

------------




1/14: An ICELAND GULL was seen on Oneida Lake at Lakeport.







Herkimer County

------------




     1/10: A SHORT-EARED OWL was seen on Stueben Hill Road nort of Herkimer.

     1/11: 5 BLACK VULTURES and a PEREGRINE FALCON were seen inLittle falls.

     1/14: A PINE SISKIN was seen at a feeder in Salisbury north of Dolgeville.

     1/15: 3 BLACK VULTURES were seen in Little Falls.
