a hummingbird feeder (no
hummers yet tho), a Baltimore Oriole feeder, and a grape jelly feeder. Some
years we have four hummingbird feeders. The Downy and Hairy Woodpeckers like
the hummingbird feeder too. Actually, the Oriole prefers it to the Oriole
feeder.

Here on upper Bruce Hill Road in Danby we have three males and at least one
female Rose-Breasted Grosbeak. We usually have them in the summer. We had a
male Indigo Bunting stop at the feeders once this year, and that seems to be an
annual occurrence. We see it just the once. We have two or

around our sunflower feeders and suet feeders and they seem to be okay with
each other. We put up two extra suet feeders this morning because they seem to
like the suet and our regular suet feeders are bottom-feed
Late yesterday morning my husband and I saw a kettle of Turkey Buzzards soaring
near the ponds near Robert Packer Hospital/Guthrie Clinic. It was a first for
us to see so many together. There must have been around 100 of them. We live
near the top of Bruce Hill Road in Danby and watch Turkey
