I took a walk at Salt Pt this morning. Highlights were 2 Common Loons foraging not too far from shore and a Caspian Tern on one of the sand banks...which duly pulled up a "rare bird, please describe ID" message on eBird! I guess we don't usually see them there in spring, mostly in late summer
