At least 2 adult Bald Eagles are wintering here in the Spencer, NY
(Tioga County) area. I think they are the same pair that have been
reported and photographed in the immediate area since last October.
I have 2 questions-
#1- What is known about feeding range in this area?
#2- Who is interested in detailed reports?

This is especially exciting for me as I observed nestling Bald Eagles
(from Alaska) in a man made nest back in the early 1970's not too far
from my home in Schenectady.
