Late afternoon yesterday, with much commotion on the parents parts, 3 baby Carolina wrens left their nest, little things with no tails. Papa and mama got them settled down before the adults made many trips to the suet feeder and back to the babies. This morning I heart a lot of gentle chattering out by the porch and now they are off on their first adventure. I guess the 1st was getting through last night's cold weather.
