Near Ovid on county rd 129, south of Center St, had 2 flocks of snow buntings
(about 100 in each flock) apart 1/2 mile apart. The flock on top of a barn had
at least 1 Lapland Longspur. The other flock in a field had a few Horned Larks.

In Waterloo, at Oak Island (by the lock) a flock of 60-70 gulls (mostly
Herring) had a pair of 1st cycle Iceland Gulls. The resident Wood Duck wasn’t
seen, but probably still present. (He has been with a flock of +50 Mallards
over the last few weeks).
