Had a cool experience on the leg of the Ontario Pathways/Rt. 96 today near Phelps; NY. I was standing on the second bridge from the road and encountered a very big hatch of tiny insects over the stream. A number of waxwings were perched in a tree over the stream and would fly into the insect swarm,
