Shannon and I had six siskins (try saying that 10 times fast) at our
feeders this AM joining with the resident Goldfinch flock.  

Also our first of year Y-B Sapsucker started clanging on the metal roof of
the barn 2 days ago and I heard the first Field Sparrow here this morning.
 The Sapsuckers nested about 30 ft off the deck last year. They were quite
entertaining,  more or less ignoring our presence on the deck and going
about their business w/o much apparent concern.  Hopefully the will find a
similar spot to their liking this year.
