[cayugabirds-l] Possible Golden Eagle Over Aurora

I spotted what looked like an adult Golden Eagle flying at 200-300 feet and 
going south over Aurora about 30 minutes ago. Ithaca birders might be able to 
confirm or disprove the sighting if the bird stays on its course. I did not see 
any mottled feathering. Good luck. Bill

We were on the beach near Trumansburg this afternoon (about 4:00) when a 
very low flying adult Bald Eagle flew directly over us heading toward 
Ithaca.  Did not see a Golden Eagle.
