I took a quick trip up the east side of the lake and then down to the State
Park. The usual sites were quiet. When I had a view of the lake I could see
white rafts in the middle. The water at the visitor center is opening up and
there were a lot of Canada Geese and a variety of ducks.

Down to the park - there is still ice at the marina/dock. The ice shelf at the
shore line further south has melted. I had a pleasant viewing experience of
several Gadwalls close to the shore with a variety of other ducks bobbing
around. The two rafts of Snow Geese were moving around a fair amount.

There was a gathering of Snow Geese on the ice at Knox-Marcellus and a flock
flitting around on the north side of 31 at the Potato Fields.
