Had a heavily barred Snowy Owl in the field on the SW corner of 96A and Kime Rds this morning about 7 AM in the town of Fayette. No luck finding the Gyrfalcon around Seybolt Rd, but did have a male N. Harrier in the area, and an American Kestrel (along with many more RT Hawks).
