Solitary Sandpiper in the creek along the Jim Schug Trail.

A solitary Solitary Sandpiper was foraging in the shallows of our
pond in Brooktondale this morning, with a snowy backdrop. Louisiana
Waterthrush singing at Shindagin Hollow, as well as a Winter Wren. A
Hermit Thrush was in the road with many American Robins, and then
moved to the leaf litter,
Single SOLITARY SANDPIPER seen at about 9 AM today in flooded farm field at
Dublin Rd, near Lansingville Rd., No. Lansing, Tompkins County, where I saw the
Wood Duck pair a couple weeks ago.
