Today (23 March) there were many TREE SWALLOWS foraging low over Fall Creek's
outflow into Cayuga Lake.
I could not discern any other swallow species. There were fewer TREE SWALLOWS
to be seen over
Cayuga Inlet looking north from the Farmers' Market. My eye was distracted by
motion in vegetation on
the shore opposite me, and I scoped an EASTERN PHOEBE working its way north one
perch at a time -
a good office bird.
