I just saw two meadow larks along Halls Corners Rd just west of Co Rd 142, Town
of Covert, Seneca County. Also saw a Northern Harrier and a Kestrel nearby.

Across from vicinity of 64 Sweazey Rd, Lansing, about 3:30 pm, I saw 3 E.
MEADOWLARKS & 3 N. FLICKERS (2 female, 1 male), along with 2 A. ROBINS (pair),
foraging in the open grass where the sun had melted the snow!

A month or so ago, there was a question relating to E. MEADOWLARK breeding.
Today I saw 2 meadowlark fledglings in a field in Freeville. They are most
likely the second brood. The timing is the same as my Yard ROBINS, for
