We have at least 30 Redpolls here at Blue Heron Point, on the west shore of
the lake. Blue Heron Point is just north of Elm Beach. These cute little
guys are going through Nyger seed at a rapid rate! And my large flock of
Goldfinches are not happy with the competition!

Yesterday we had 4 C. Redpolls at our feeders in "downtown Newfield"; had
only one redpoll a couple of weeks ago.

My first Redpolls arrived at my feeders today, too!Within a few minutes, 
however, a sharp-shinned hawk swooped in and chased them all away.
