At Eaton Marsh on Montezuma’s Wildlife Drive we viewed a nice selection of shorebirds coming and going over about a 30 minute period. 3 Short-billed Dowitchers, 3 Stilt Sandpipers, 1 Wilson’s Snipe, Semipalmated and Least Sandpipers, Solitary Sandpiper. Plus 2 Virginia Rails among the reeds.

Another day they shot a hole in our bedroom window (was new windows all around the house). This time their were two of them. They were under 16. The NYS police did come. They found a BB (from a pump-up BB gun) inside the window. While the trooper was searching he found a couple .40 magazines.

Glenn, Yes, Contact the ECO. The ECO, Rangers, are also State Police, so give them the information about inaction by local LEO, Law Enforcement Officer. Nigel (Ranger Joan Oldrodyd on BCC - Tioga, Tompkins Cty)   For example: our vol fire department spent several hours putting out a trash burn.
