I was at Montezuma this morning. At the end near rt. 89 and above the Thruway I spotted a raptor soaring low. When I got my bins on it I could tell it was an eagle. As it banked in good light, it’s underside seemed golden rather than the brown of a Bald Eagle. Any idea what I saw? I had a
