This afternoon after passing the Seneca Stone Quarry, twice scanning the complex from Hoster Road between 2:30 and 3:00 with no luck, I returned one more time around 3:30 to find Josh Snodgrass and friend with the bird perched in the trees over the Quarry. 3 Snowy Owls were still visible from
