waterfowl migration is upon us. Join us for a casual, 1-mile stroll through our 
forests, grasslands and wetlands to see dozens of duck, goose, swan and 
songbird species as they settle into Montezuma for a good nights rest. 
Participants are encouraged to bring their camera and binoculars. Fee: 
$4/child; $6/adult, $20/family.
Oct. 22, Saturday, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Happy Owl-ween We are happy to welcome 
Jean Soprano, of Kindred Kingdoms Wildlife Rehabilitation, who will have live 
owls on display during a presentation about the silent hunters of the night. 
Then, join us for a night hike around Montezuma’s woods and grasslands to 
experience the sights, sounds and smells of the night. Fee: $6/child, $8/adult, 
$25/family. 
Oct. 27, Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.  Montezuma Birding Van Tour The peak 
of the waterfowl migration is upon us! Join us for a van tour to see dozens of 
ducks, geese and swans as they soar overhead and rest in wetlands during their 
long and impressive journey. Participants are encouraged to bring their camera 
and binoculars. Fee: $8/child; $13.50/adult, $35/family.
