A Pileated Woodpecker flew in and made the rounds of our backyard as we were observing for the GBBC today. A Carolina Wren also showed up again after weeks, singing all around the backyard, celebrating the count weekend. A Bluebird has been singing for several days. The lone Redpoll has not been seen since last Sunday-- we're hoping it is still around.
