This includes the internal SharePoint 2007 site as well as the O365 Sharepoint site. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) · Manage/Admin internal company SharePoint site (2007) · Manage/Admin O365 SharePoint sites · Work with management to develop Collaboration strategy · Design and execute a plan for migrating all internal sites to O365 · Design corporate taxonomy for O365 SharePoint sites · Support team development efforts towards successful project delivery. · Provide technical leadership to Junior members of the team through coaching and mentorship. · Responsible for developing and maintain high standards of software quality within the team by developing and adhering to best practices and patterns. · Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and end users to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web, mobile, and desktop-based business applications. · Assist business analysts in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans. · Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software. · Support in the Design, development, and unit testing of applications in accordance with established standards. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. · Analyze and resolve technical problems. · Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time. Provide third-level support to business users.
