Please Review Sr PA-Peoplesoft position to support system upgrade *Job Description* * Provide immediate, on-site technical expertise during our PeopleSoft upgrade. * Current environment is: Psft HCM 9.2.009, PTools 8.53.15 and Financials 9.2.13, PTools 8.53.09. * Target environment is: Psft HCM 9.2.016, PTools 8.54.19 and Financials 9.2.13, PTools 8.54.19. * Provide quick solutions to issues encountered when steps in the upgrade process produce errors due to data. * Provide quick solutions to issues when the Oracle tools malfunction during the upgrade due to upgrade script errors. * Assist PeopleSoft DBAs with technical advice on streamlining and troubleshooting the upgrade process. * Assist in building the test environments that will be used for the upgrade. * Assist Developers with any technical issues they encounter. * Provide technical expertise to resolve security issues encountered by the functional security administrators. * Provide technical expertise to resolve issues that the Finance and HR Division project resources encounter. * Provide technical expertise and escalation when working with Oracle to create and resolve Service Requests. * Develop a working strategy for combining three PeopleSoft Tax Updates together using the new Oracle PUM tools. * Provide seasoned support and assistance as we execute the implementation plan in production on implementation weekend. * Environment: Linux Red Hat v6, Oracle Databases v11g/12c, Windows 2008. *Position Requirements* Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, etc.) preferred or equivalent experience in information systems 7 or more years experience in software development and support in web environments Knowledge of financial services industry a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team environment and/or as an individual contributor, as required *Please submit * * # of years of PeopleSoft * # of years of PS-Development * # of years of Admin-Supporting PeopleSoft Upgrades.
