*Role – Quality Assurance Manager*

*Rate - $30/hr on c2c*



The Quality Assurance Manager and QA Supervisor, the Quality Assurance
Analyst will actively confirm and validate leads generated from the DM
sales teams; appointments, seminars and/or other lead generation activities
in the department



•  Review and confirm telephone interactions which have resulted in
appointments, leads, or Telephonic Enrollments to verify member information
and ENSURE compliance with all regulations and department policies. At
times, make outbound telephone calls to clarify information or reschedule
and/or cancel events.
• Participate in system and product training, product development,
knowledge sessions and other department initiatives.
• Retrieve voicemails from the weekend voicemail and PROCESS leads in MP
for the Direct Marketing representatives
• Communicate timely to management; infractions with regulations and/or
department policies, appointment changes, etc.



• A minimum of 1 year call center experience, with an emphasis or
experience in quality programs.
• Must be able to accurately navigate and track all information through
Market Prominence, CSS/SAWS, Access database or other software.
• A healthcare background is preferred.
