*Please have a look at the below Job Description and let me know your interest for the same.* *Title: Sr. DevOps Engineer * *Location: Newark, CA(Need Local only)* *Type: 1+ year contract * · The ideal candidate can think on their feet and can learn/adapt quickly. · They should be deep in Linux and related systems administration concepts and able to troubleshoot the full stack (hardware and software) they will be expected to manage incoming escalations that occur during PST and take ownership of those items that are not pressing but can be completed during the next shift. · They will be responsible to coordinate activities with junior admins (on and off shore) They will help with support during critical P1s and will be considered level 3-4 escalation paths (experts) in the GDCS AMP hardware/software stack. · This candidate will be expected to operate with little guidance after they have learned the HW/SA, processes and procedures. · The ideal candidate can communicate effectively, is versed in English and can employ the scientific method to troubleshoot complex systems and issues.
