*Location: Walnut Creek, CA* *Duration: Long term contract* *Required Skills:* This position will be assigned tasks as they come available, supporting a team of 8+ with 1500+ active projects. Candidate needs to develop or improve and implement procedures; maintain a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art network technology, equipment and systems. Under general supervision, they are expected to plan, direct and control the activities of network real estate mod work; prepare activity, progress and service level agreement performance reports; Ability to develop and manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, define problem solving and risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict or discrepancy resolution; Serve as a technical and team leader and consultant for real estate development projects that involve multiple disciplines; Manage many facets of technical projects to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality goals; Facilitate collaboration with and between RF, Cx, Transport, Real Estate, Ops, HQ, legal; Bachelor's degree preferred; Requires strong system knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, People Soft, Siterra; Solid understanding of financial management; Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures; Leads and directs the work of others. The candidate will report status of NTPs and other milestone deliverables for the add/mod team to a Project Manager to keep on track with the POR, They will QC Real Estate documents (zoning/BP approvals, lease agreements, EME consents, track rent commencements and BP expirations, etc…), confirm regulatory compliance for all projects being approved for CX, and also be responsible to assist with financial accountability – reviewing invoices for milestones and reimbursable amounts across all projects for completion Thanks for your time and Consideration..!!!!
