*Duration: 6+ Months contract* *JD:* The Principal Data Warehouse Modeler is responsible for defining and developing logical and physical data models that satisfy PAREXEL's financial and operational reporting, analytic and integration needs. *Responsibilities* Working with business subject matter experts and IT groups to document data attributes and requirements. Understanding and translating business needs into data models which support long term solutions. Creating logical and physical data models to support new and existing projects. Documenting logical and physical mapping definitions, data lineage and ETL requirements. Identify opportunities for standardizing data dictionaries, integration and archiving, and elimination of unnecessary redundancy. Help define robust design methodology, development process methodology and best practices. *Qualifications* A minimum of 7 years experience with data warehouse development, with at least 3 years experience creating logical and physical dimensional, relational and hierarchical data models. Experience modeling financial data. Experience modeling clinical data. Experience using ER/Studio, Oracle, and Informatica (Powercenter, DQ, MDM). Knowledge of data governance, data linage, and reference and master data management processes.
