Salesforce Administration – Candidate needs to have 3+ years of experience with config, maintenance, accesses, etc. with Salesforce. Having a Salesforce Certification is a huge plus. 2.) Business Analysis- Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience working with business units and learning their needs. If this individual has any questions about a work order or ticket, they will have to reach out to the business directly and talk through it. 3.)
