Conduct workshops with client stakeholders to understand As Is process of the customer creation and related processes across Lines of Business. 2. Perform fit gap analysis with the CC360 product. 3. Lead technical discussions with the customer IT team on CC360 and related components. 4. Lead the creation of the enterprise data model for Customer master data. 5. Articulate the business requirements effectively to the offshore team. 6. Design the solution on CC360 and related components like Informatica Data Quality, Address Doctor and Strike Iron. 7. Conduct reviews of the technical artifacts created by the team. 8. Assist and guide the team on the solution development on CC360 and related components. 9. Provide guidance to the team leads on the test strategy and assist in the creation of complex test scenarios. 10. Create the blueprint for the deployment of the CC360 and customer create solution and define the process for incremental data loads post the deployment. 11. Support and guide the end-customers during UAT.
