   - Total IT experience of 8+ yrs
   - Required minimum of 3 Years application development experience
   designing and developing IBM datastage with proven track record of
   success.
   - Required minimum of 3 years professional experience designing and
   developing complex multi-tiered application with Services Oriented
   Architecture (SOA) and event-based framework.
   - Required minimum of 3 years professional experience using Java-based
   development languages or tools.
   - Required knowledge and prior experience working with standard data
   constructs such as XML, XSD, JSON, 3NF, etc.
