Hi,
There's specific syntaxes on the play prompt, menu, etc. steps that can play

Jeremy,
If you used P[] for location of new prompt ,it wouldn't work under IPCC 4.0.
You need to create a Document Variable and set it to FILE[file_path].
then assign this variable to Play Prompt

Hi,
A 7960 Phone will not register with UCCM7. I upgraded the firmware by
uploading the latest SIP firmware into CCM7

It's working that way by design.
If you want to put the file somewhere else, you can put the fully qualified
file path into the prompt value you're going to play. You would use:
P[C:\myDirectoryRoot\myNextDirectory\TheDirectoryAfterThat\myWaveFile.wav]
But that doesn't store it into the

In the Prompt Management, prompts will start relative to en_US (if that was
your installed language group) while installing CRS.

Before you say it's wrong, you should try it. We've had to use exactly this

Michael,
Excellent question. If your customer system records some of the prompts on the

they are dropped into those default directories, then they are deleted if the

I do see the additional labs 5A_5B_5C thru 13A in the CCIE v3 BP Volume 1

Is this what was supposed to be added, or is there a single downloadable

I just discovered a behavior that surprised me.
If I register only 3 voicemail ports in CM but have 8 port configured in

unpredictable.
I can only guess that Unity is attempting to use port 4-8 for MWI ,
regardless of there status within the system.
