Mike, One thing that you can do is to set the properties of the printer itself (not the printer driver) to duplex. Then print simplex from Acrobat and your printer should auto-duplex. I was able to print my docs that way. Just remember to reset the printer after you’re done, or everything

Don't know. Never tried it. Go through and think some stuff out. You can put the GW in it's own location, but would affect all calls. Bzzzt. Max-calls dial-peer command, but don't think it works on POTS legs. Bt. Put SiteC PSTN numbers in it's own GK zone? I would have to try it. Etc.

I got the same error "UCM down, features disabled" when I use a 7961 SCCP phone with EzVPN, phone can register fine but no audio stream and reboot back as registered again after a phone call. But my 7961 SIP, 7960 SCCP works fine with the EzVPN setup. Any idea??? Thanks Patrick
