Yes, but no...
Technically, it is a purchased, licensed feature... however, if you
have access to the IOS, there is nothing stopping you from just
installing it on a router...

Hi Jeremy
Unfortunately just this morning I had the same issue (and it was working fine
when i installed it yesterday). I am just in the middle of re-building my VM
and installing UCCX again. I couldn't see (or the shutdown timer didn't give
me enough time to troubleshoot) any other way of
I had the same problem. But it was OK after I reinstalled it from the scratch.
I believe its something to do with the OS patch.

Sorry, got another one. 9.1 (BACD)
The WB mentions the hunt group for 2 SCCP phones.
The PG wanted a hunt group for a SIP and SCCP phone (I like that one better.)

I got the same thing but suspended the vm right before it requests the reboot
after the install was completed. If you install it and dont configure it with
CUCM it fails, i have done this with several versions I had, but the
newest version I stopped just short of configuring it in callmanager.
Just an FYI, I have UCCX 7.0(1)_Build109 running on 2003.1.2 with 0
problems.

Michael,
Are you sure CUE/CUCM was covered in the v2 material? Which module?
Also, how would Proctorlabs accomodate this? You need to apply a specific
license file during installation of CUE to get it to work on either CUCM or
CME (can't do both, from what I've seen.)

One week lab experience, lab 4. Not sure if proctorlabs could test it at the

Yes, you have to change the license, (reinstall, whatever it was.)
