I got the same thing but suspended the vm right before it requests the reboot after the install was completed. If you install it and dont configure it with CUCM it fails, i have done this with several versions I had, but the newest version I stopped just short of configuring it in callmanager.

I can access the tcl from the PSTN. I have 2 vconsole simulators. 1 for PRI and the other for POTS with 2 PRI ports that I connect to te PRI Simulator. What I cannot do is call the TCL scripts internall from any phone. I have everything configured correctly according to Cisoc and IPX. I
