Mudassar, Which wildcard did you use? 91X will block any number from 91[0 thru 9]. Actually this wouldn't let you type any 4th digit since it is the closest match when dialing a 900 numbers. To block 900 numbers; I would use the device-line CSS approach with RP 91900XXX in partition blocked
