h.245 TCS issue.Look at SDL traces on CCM and do a search for
SMCapabilties Timer and H245SessionEstablishedFailure. This indicates that
CUCM timer has expired b/c CUBE did not initiate the TCS. Fix would be to
uncheck CUCM GK Trunk Wait for TCS and reset trunk.
