Are you saying it is showing up in CUCM as not registered?
From the CUCM side:
1. Check replication
2. Restart Cisco RisData Collector on all nodes
3. Restart CIsco CallManager on all nodes

Adam

I have configured transcoder on CME. But it's not working. Incoming VoIP
call got fast busy. I've checked all config. What debug commands we can
use to troubleshoot this?
telephony-service
sdspfarm units 3
sdspfarm transcode sessions 3
sdspfarm tag 1 sc-cfb
sdspfarm tag 2 sc-xcd
#sh
never mind, missing incoming dial-peer

Call flow is as below:
IP Phone - CUCM - GK-controlled Trunk(WAN) - CME - CUE voicemail pilot
Requirements:
1) CUE only accept G.711
2) To save bandwidth, we want G.729 over the WAN
Solution:
Configure transcoder on CME to translate between G.729 and G.711.
Questions:
From the test, I found
I know you can assign a Called Party Transformation CSS to a gateway to
manipulate the way calls go out of the gateway. What can you do with a
Called Party Transformation CSS assigned to a phone?

You also appear to be missing g729r8 codec in dspfarm profile. You can use sh
sccp for status.

Michael,
In real life, the best is to have the transcoder closest to the device that
talks only g711.
This way, you will be saving bandwidth by passing RTP in g729 across the WAN
and then only on the CME it gets converted to g711.
If you are going to have it on the CME router but still registered
You can try creating/applying specific dialing rules for the phone and do
some modifications there.
