The best way is to test on your rack to see what happens without and then
with those commands during srst and in normal operation having enabled your
voice and voip dialpeer debugs. Just my two cents towards being an expert.

The MQC commands (class-maps, policy-maps, etc) can only be applied on
ingress with switches. Although, you can also rate limit in the egress
direction as well, just not using the MQC . To rate limit in the egress
direction you can use the following commands:

I have CUE in SRST mode and it works fine, but when i bring back CUCM i dont
see the CTI Route point and CTI ports getting registered at all unless i reboot
the CUE module.
Is this the way it normally behaves or am i unaware of some configuration to
