Try this..I was doing a deployment in Bogota and I came up with this idea
Create a second DHCP pool with the data VLAN IP addresses
Add the helper address to data VLAN
Remove the voice VLAN from the phone switch port; make sure the data VLAN is
assigned to the port.
Reset the phone

wondering what is the command to troubleshoot CUE JTAPI registration to
UCMwhat cause CUE JTAPI will not register (if has register fine
before)
Sometimes my JTAPI will not register after working for sometime
I have reload : CTI manager and CAllmanager ,still not help.
