Any one tried before to get ipccc agents in the ready state after login .
Normally agents went to Not Ready state and have to manually change it to
ready after they login from the service button.
I tried a lot in my home lab, but always agents login in Not Ready state.
Any idea ?

I repeated the scenario and used the command voicemail mailbox-selection
original-called on CUE, but still CUE running the 4002 vm not called no 4001
below is deb isd and deb ccsip message

Nice output. As you can see CME is sending an INVITE to CUE with Diversion
4002 which is the last redirecting number. Would you please try this command
on dial-peer sending the call to CUE *mailbox-selection* *orig-called-num *and
let us know how it goes?

When asked to remove the Conference softkey from a CME SCCP phone, I can do
this in two different ways as illustrated below. I would like to know the
correct way of doing this if asked in the Lab exam. Wondering if they would be
looking for the features blocked or softkey keyword.
Did you try setting it in Desktop Administrator?

Applying the *mailbox-selection* {*last-redirect-num* | *orig-called-num*}
command on the CME DIal-Peer itself that sends the call to cue solved the
issue.
Now on SIP message we see correct DNIS is there not redirected one.
