This is the config of the policy maps:

I am working with my lab using a centralized dialplan an my BR2/Site-C phones
have CUE (integrated with CUCM).
Everything works fine under Jtapi control and also using SIP when falling back
to SRST.

if still an issue can you post a debug isdn q931 on hq and br2 gateways?
