[OSL | CCIE_Voice] CUPC - issue with switching between softphone and deskphone modes

Hello, I've configured softphone and deskphone modes for CUPC. Both work fine, I can make calls, etc. The issue is that I can't easily switch between them. When I'm in softphone mode and click deskphone mode, nothing happens. In order to force change of mode, I need to restart CUPC each time.

Confirmed, that was the issue. Thank you very much George! Presence subsystem in CUPC was down (server health presence: connecting/reconnecting). Other symptom for this is presence status dot in UI greyed out (instead of green/yellow/red). It seems you can't switch CUPC modes in such case
