I got the same error UCM down, features disabled when I use a 7961 SCCP phone
with EzVPN, phone can register fine but no audio stream and reboot back as
registered again after a phone call. But my 7961 SIP, 7960 SCCP works fine with
the EzVPN setup. Any idea???

I have my new 7965 phones registered to the Proctor Labs Pod (32) via an EZVPN
on a 1711 router running c1700-advipservicesk9-mz.124-23.bin.
The phones show as registered in UCM and all show the same device IP which is
the IP of the loopback interface on my 1711 router. The UCM configuration is
