In either your script or in the Application Management page in UCCX
AppAdmin, you will need to change the String variable that defines the
4-digit extension to which the call is transferred.

If the pilot number changes often you can set a translation patter in CUCM to 
forward the new pilot number (7010) to the original pilot number (7000). If you 
don't do it this way you will have to delete the application in UCCX and create 
a new one with the new pilot number.

Let me rephrase, 
If you are talking about changing the extension dialed to get into the 
application follow my earlier suggestion. 

I'm not sure how you have the call going to voicemail. If anywhere in your 
script there is language that forwards the call to voicemail then it needs to 
be changed in the script. Unless you set is as a parameter, then you can change 
it in the application page.
