[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Proctor Labs site
Before I contact proctor labs tech support, is anyone else having extremely slow service on proctor labs site. Possibly all the racks are in use after being blocked out during the two week boot camp period and everyone is logging on at once? But I never saw it this slow. As the MOH server is setup with 1 hop limit with the multicast setting, and the HQ router/GW is only 1 hop away, so the moh stream from CUCM can reach to the loopback address of the HQ router within 1 hop. But correct me if I am wrong, that could be the reason why the moh stream from CUCM can reach PSTN caller. So my question is, is there a way to make the HQ loopback more than 1 hop away? You always do the same IP as the CUCM is, so for CUCM set as ip it would be 239.1.1.1 by default for G711 on the first
