Agree with Wilson, I Upgrade the machines to 10.x, backup with DRS, restore the the publisher in the new OVA with 10.x and install subscribers as needed. The cutover must be clean if you dont upgrade the firmware for all the phones at the same time, just make a controlled upgrade for the phones
