Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] migration of VM pilot to different Number
In either your script or in the Application Management page in UCCX AppAdmin, you will need to change the String variable that defines the 4-digit extension to which the call is transferred. Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] migration of VM pilot to different Number
No, it'll be a parameter in the application itself. Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] migration of VM pilot to different Number
If the pilot number changes often you can set a translation patter in CUCM to forward the new pilot number (7010) to the original pilot number (7000). If you don't do it this way you will have to delete the application in UCCX and create a new one with the new pilot number. -Austin Chiapuzio On Jun 20, 2014, at 10:02, Dharambir kumar varma dharambi...@gmail.com wrote: you mean trigger number in uccx application page Thanks for your prompt response. Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] migration of VM pilot to different Number
Let me rephrase, If you are talking about changing the extension dialed to get into the application follow my earlier suggestion. I'm not sure how you have the call going to voicemail. If anywhere in your script there is language that forwards the call to voicemail then it needs to be changed in the script. Unless you set is as a parameter, then you can change it in the application page. -Austin Chiapuzio On Jun 20, 2014, at 10:02, Dharambir kumar varma dharambi...@gmail.com wrote: you mean trigger number in uccx application page Thanks for your prompt response.
