Dear all;

I have reinstalled ccp4i recently and everything seems to work fine but ViewHKL. Every time I try to visualize a .mtz file the program gets opened but without loading the .mtz. Then it gets "frozen" and I have to kill it. In the command line the messages I get are:

**SYMMETRY OPERATOR ERROR**

>>>>>> CCP4 library signal ccp4_parser:Failed to interpret symop string (Success)

My operative system is Linux Mint 17 (Qiana). Does some of you have any idea of what may be happening and how I can solve it?

Thank you very much,
Best regards
