I have a couple of questions concerning mrBUMP:
1) I cannot correctly fix E-values for Fasta search, e.g., 6E-11,
actually it seems
it accepts only 4 decimal places like 0.0001. I also tried to edit scripts
by hand ("run & view com file").

at Pointless:

Just integrate data with Mosflm and run Pointless before Scala (you may
also want to integrate data in P1).
